Yesterday, the city outlined plans for this year's Freakfest on State Street including an as yet undetermined price hike to gain access to Madison's most famous street. Frank Productions, the company handling booking for the event since it's inception under former Mayor Dave Cieslewicz, won't be announcing the full lineup until Sept. 26, but we can confirm a handful of acts this morning.
