Earlier tonight, Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke appeared on Gilles Peterson’s show on BBC Radio 1 and dropped some rather newsworthy tidbits. According to Green Plastic , Yorke revealed that the band will be touring in 2012, explaining that "the idea is to go out and play next year on and off during the year." He also added that his all-star side-project Atoms For Peace have recorded an album, which is currently being finished by longtime Radiohead collaborator Nigel Godirch. A release date remains forthcoming. We'll post audio to the entire interview once it becomes available.
