TREASURE ISLAND 2011 REVIEW Treasure Island Music Festival returned for its fifth year to the Bay Area, yet again, bringing an eclectic mix of bands on the rise and established acts.  The weather was perfect for the festival, as it stayed warm during the day, and breezy cool during the evening.  Much of Treasure Island’s usual main attractions were in place; the DIY workshop (making bandanas, beer koozies, and even dream catchers), vendor village for clothes and accessories, Silent Disco, and of course the 60 foot ferris wheel where people can get cozy with friends, intimate [...]
