
Brooklyn band, Pterodactyl, have aptly titled their third record Spills Out – for these songs do indeed spill out. It’s probably because they shake it all up with such a frenetic energy before removing the lid on their harmony-coloured vocals, relentless guitar riffs and manic drum patterns. There is little doubt the band are more generous on the melodic and pop side of things this time round.
