Two former Ticketmaster customers have filed a class action lawsuit against the giant ticket seller ( Curt Schlesinger et al. v. Ticketmaster ). The customers claim that "Ticketmaster's Order Processing Fees and UPS Expedited Delivery Prices of tickets are excessive and deceptive." If a settlement is reached Ticketmaster customers who purchased tickets on the website between October 21, 1999 and October 19, 2011, could stand to gain between $1.50 to $25.50 as part of the settlement.
