Blog: The Quiet Floor

I posted on R.E.M. 's greatest hits album recently , however, I missed out posting on one of the new songs the band recorded for the album. We All Go Back To Where We Belong is probably the best R.E.M. song in nearly a decade, if not longer than that. The band just disbanded a short time ago and this song feels like a goodbye song to all their fans. It's really a wistful song that's somewhat sad, but in a way peaceful as well.
