Contrary to what you might think upon first reading this band and their latest track’s name, Piñata is a five-piece rock band from Barcelona whose styles are not particularly crafted from their transatlantic obsession with the only Spanish-speaking country in North America, but rather from the bunch of acts who’ve crafted an aesthetic out of steeping their charming pop songs into as much fuzz and scuzz as possible.
