"The Las Vegas Story", originally released in 1984, was the third album from The Gun Club . The album marks the return of Kid Congo Powers to the The Gun Club after spending a few years with The Cramps . This was also the last Gun Club record with bassist Patricia Morrison, originally of The Bags and Legal Weapon , and later a member of The Sisters of Mercy .
