Following on from where recent Mancunian outfit Everything Everything left off, (even following suit with the old name repetition trick handed down from the likes of fore bearers Talk Talk) Dalston's Django Django similarly fly the art rock flag at full mast on this their eponymous debut album. Formed in 2009 the quartet, comprising of David Maclean (drums/production), Jimmy Dixon(bass), Tommy Grace (Synths) and Vincent Neff (vocals/guitar) bear little sonic resemblance to the Belgian guitar virtuoso Django Reinhardt to whom their moniker is assumedly derived.
