The Lost Story  is a book by two authors. It is not a very conventional sort of book by two authors for the sole reason that after deciding to write the book, the authors did not discuss the stories featured in it. To simplify the idea, one writer would start a story, bring it up to a certain point, and the second writer would then go on to finish it.
