Western Vinyl has announced that it will be releasing the sophomore album for Brooklyn-based artist JBM. The new album Stray Ashes drops May 22nd. JBM, Jesse Marchant, experimented with drums and loops of electric guitar melodies, piecing together the songs' arrangements in a secluded log cabin (Bon Iverism) before even writing lyrics. He put those together while wandering city streets, probably getting inspiration from the various people on their miserable journeys to work. Download the new album's first single, "Only Now", below.
