Dutch singer Caro Emerald picked up the "Best International Newcomer" prize last night, at Germany's prestigious Echo Award ceremony. The show, which featured performances by Caro Emerald, Lana Del Rey , Rammstein and Katy Perry , is one of the biggest and most important Music Award shows in the world, next to the Grammy's and Brit Awards.
