Madonna's latest set of dance floor jams MDNA was released yesterday, and to celebrate/promote the arrival of her 12th studio album , the "Girl Gone Wild" singer signed in to Twitter using the handle @MadonnaMDNAday and answered questions from fans for several hours. Of course, some of those fans happened to be celebrities themselves.
