"Good Girl", the debut single from English indie-folk sextet Wildeflower , just doesn't sound of this time. If anything, with the lazy summers' day comfort of its soothing three-part harmonies and a hazed-over, psychedelic instrumental brew that would pair beautifully with a lonely, roads-stretched-forever drive across the mid-America plains, the song sounds more like the kind of gem one could only unearth in some deep crate-dig through the 702s rock section of one of the few remaining Mom and Pop record shops.
