This year, UK-based electro-pop singer Charli XCX will release an EP on IAMSOUND, then her full-length debut in her home country. (The LP comes to the US in spring of 2013.) The focus of the live video below, "Dancing In The Dark" will presumably be on one of these releases. The clip's a YoursTru.ly production, airing on MTV Hive, which pulls Charli front and center - away from her green-screens and typically hypnogogic/goth-styled imagery - to reveal a witchy cut with a remarkable voice that absolutely holds up to her studio work.
