Outrageous , OH WHAT A FEELING, when you're dancing on the ceiling, said Lionel Richie this morning. I am shocked, but let's be honest this is the power of a TV special (the CBS special "ACM Presents: Lionel Richie & Friends in Concert" aired on Friday the 13th).
