Nas has been on a particularly ferocious tear lately, with the recent bangers " Nasty " and " The Don " doing more damage than anything he's done in a while. Now he's got a new one called "Daughters," a song about the old-man confusion that you feel when your kid starts to become an actual human being and when embarrassing-to-everybody pictures of her show up on the internet (something that actually happened to Nas pretty recently). Nas can get pretty clumsy when he gets into sincere territory like this, but this one is actually pretty heartfelt and lovable. Nice [...]
