Unified Shimla Musicians (USM) will be organising a festival in Shimla at the end of June. The two-day event feature various bands from Shimla, New Delhi, Chandigarh and other places. The festival will follow a simple format, with the first day of the event being dedicated to the third edition of an anti-drug concert organised by the same group of musicians. USM is a registered non-governmental organisation that promotes music, drug demotion and also doubles up as an artist management company for musicians from Shimla.
