The lights went down a few minutes before Santigold’s scheduled set time, much to the excitement of the sold out Club Nokia crowd. From the darkness emerged a costumed cast of “characters” and the immediate realization this would not be a typical concert. Theatrical from the start, complete with costume changes and props during the course of the evening, Santigold kept the energy high and the mood fun.
