Philly’s Dr. Dog has found a second home in Louisville.  They return for again for the fifth time in as many years.  We saw them back in late 2007 at Phoenix Hill Tavern and were not that impressed (but that may have been the venue and the fact we argued about them not playing their popular cover at the time, "Heart it Races."  Then the band totally redeemed themselves at the 2008 Forecastle Fest (pic above).  Since that time, we've seen them each time they have visited Louisville, including a few shows at Headliner's [...]
