photo by Dave Lichterman In further news of the VW vs. Beach House debacle, VW has issued a statement, saying that their recent commercial does not copy Beach House's music (though if you watch it here , the track sounds quite a lot like the Teen Dream track "Take Care", which VW had tried to obtain rights to numerous times) and that they greatly respect the artistry of the band.
