Dirty Projectors ’ video for “Gun Has No Trigger,” the first single off their upcoming album Swing Lo Magellan , evokes a darker version of the iconic iPod dancing silhouette adverts. Shadowy figures sing along to the track's haunting tune as the background subtly shifts from one jewel tone to another. Two thirds into the video, the singing figure of vocalist David Longstreth is revealed, finally discarding the silhouette motif for only a short time before fading back to black.
