Yesterday, we heard " You're The One ," the new single from the young British synthpop star Charli XCX. Today, she's released a companion piece of sorts: Heartbreaks And Earthquakes , a 21-minute mixtape. Even though the mixtape plays as one continuous track, it's not a DJ mix; it's a collection of her own tracks and remixes.
