Blog: Listen Before You Buy

It's been a couple of Summers since Wild Nothing were on the scene, soundtracking beach trips and road trips and pool trips and acid trips, the latter of which I have no proof of. There's that definite sound to the band's music, the lush, genial, opaque sound of Summer that's laid back and carefree.  Some bands try to pull it off and fail miserably, presumably because they're trying to do it, whereas Wild Nothing manage to do it with ease because it comes naturally.
