So B-Rob sends this my way today, and none of us have any idea who the hell Voli is. Just coming out of left field and getting features from J. Cole like it's child's play. His Soundcloud page says that he hails from Edgewater, N.J., and that's about all we're working with here. What I can say is that I'm sold on his style - little hints of Cudi here and there, but he's still entirely his own. Looking forward to hearing some more from his camp.
