Mount Eerie , aka Phil Elverum, set out lofty goals for this year, with plans to put out two album by the time 2012 came to a close. His first release, titled Clear Moon , came out in May, and now he has announced that the follow-up will be titled Ocean Roar and will be released on September 4th via Elverum's own P.W.
