Twin Shadow's video for the excellent synthed-out summer jam candidate " Five Seconds " is an utterly badass pastiche of B-movie tropes, in which band frontman George Lewis Jr. does postapocalyptic motorcycle battle with a crew of masked shirtless goons. In the process, Lewis does some totally impressive motorcycle stunts, and it definitely seems to be him doing them. Keith Musil directs, from a story written by Lewis himself. The credits claim that it's based on a novel called Night Of The Silver Sun , by Lewis and Eric Green, though I can't find anything [...]
