I never thought I'd be compelled to write something intelligent about a Tenacious D show. Then again, I never thought I'd see Tenacious D live. But, when their Hammerstein gig was announced, something inside me insisted I go. Perhaps I wanted to be in the same room as Jack Black. (There's nothing wrong with that, right?
