One of the biggest show-stealers at NXNE last month was  Porcelain Raft , the arty electro-pop project of Mauro Remiddi that had somehow slipped under my radar for so long, and then registered on it long enough to knock my socks clean off. In the time since, Remiddi has placed himself both in front of and behind the camera to craft a video for Strange Weekend closer "The Way In," projecting layers of flickering film strips that draw mesmerizing patterns of light over himself.
