Full Moon Rising is the first track from Cornwall, England-based Neil Halstead's upcoming solo album, Palindrome Hunches . His third album was produced by Nick Holton and recorded with "The Band Of Hope”, some friends of Halstead's hailing from Wallingford in the UK.
