Amid all the well-justified noise about Frank Ocean and the Dirty Projectors, it's important to remember that Twin Shadow have another excellent album coming out today, the cocksure synthpop brood Confess . The album's first video was the badass lyrical-biker odyssey " Five Seconds ," and now their video for the Confess song "Patient" picks up where that one left off.
