We won't be hearing How To Dress Well 's new album,  Total Loss , until Sept. 18, but hey, that's OK as long as he keeps teasing the release with singles like "Cold Nites". Sure, it's another ethereal, R&B-tinged, hip-hop-indebted tune from Tom Krell. But why try to fix what clearly isn't broken? His songwriting remains both endearing and engrossing.
