Seattle's Decibel Festival has officially announced its newest additions to the 9th annual event. The newest acts will include DJ Shadow , Tycho , Star Slinger , Dam-Funk , MiMOSA , Tipper , Clark, Jimmy Edgar , and many others. The new acts will join headliners Orbital , Kimbra , The Cannabinoids (featuring Erykah Badu ), Matthew Dear , and Ariel Pink .
