Comedian Stephen Colbert has announced details for this year's Colbchella 2012 music extravaganza. ' The Colbert Report ' host announced details for what has now become an annual event on his show Tuesday night (July 31). Dubbed " StePhest Colbchella `012: RocktAugustFest " the one-day festival is set to take place August 10 aboard the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York.
