After dropping 'Octopus' a little while ago, Bloc Party are back with another single from their forthcoming record 'Four'. 'Day Four' is the semi-titular track from the album, and its soft electronic sound fits with some of the band's earlier work, perhaps also calling to mind some 80s synth-pop influences. Kele Okereke's gentle yet powerful vocals are on fine form here, especially on the soaring choruses. We don't know quite what 'Four' sounds like, but on the basis of 'Octopus' and 'Day Four', we reckon it's going to be a massive success for Bloc [...]
