As popular and commercially successful as Grizzly Bear get, they've always sounded like a thoughtful and deliberate "mom and pop" production. That is, there was always an romantic, boyish intimacy behind the vocals of Daniel Rossen and Ed Droste that made the band feel best enjoyed during late nights in lonely rooms.
