BRAINSTORM Portland-based band BRAINSTORM will be releasing their album, Heat Waves , on October 2, 2012. In advance of the album, listen to the track "Vanessa" from the band's split 73 with Mdou Moctar in this post. The band's sound draws immediate comparisons to other experimental bands like Dirty Projectors, with good reason.
