As previously reported , Scottish folk rockers  Frightened Rabbit  will release a new EP on September 25th, ahead of a new full-length for Atlantic in 2013. Titled State Hospital , the EP finds singer Scott Hutchison sharing songwriting duties with the rest of the band for the first time.
