Filed under: News , R.I.P. Internal Dread Facebook Tom Hofwander, a Swedish producer who worked under the stage name Internal Dread, died Monday while on tour in Denmark. He was 58. According to the Jamaica Observer , Hofwander reported fell from a bus in Denmark while touring with Swedish pop and soul singer Veronica Maggio.
