Following the release of May's Sunburn , Vampire Weekend bassist Chris Baio returns today with a new EP featuring two new tracks, "The Silent" b/w "New You". According to a press release, this latest effort "draws the listener deep into a long sleepless night of dubbed vocals, smokey rooms and flickering VHS tapes." A-side "The Silent" is a disco-inspired ditty of wubby synth and disjointed vocals, while "New You" is a more experimental, dub-leaning blend of handclaps and random drums.
