When the tracklist for G.O.O.D. Music's Cruel Summer hit last week, something that immediately got me sweating out of excitement was the leadoff pairing of Chicagoans Kanye and R. Kelly for a track called "To The World." Now, a short preview - which contains Kels' quotable, epic hook - has popped up online.
