Not together, but those have been the musical guests with Jason Bentley on the venerable MBE in Santa Monica this Monday and Tuesday, respectively. And to think that the xx is scheduled to be on the show tomorrow. Mind=BLOWN The performances between the two are on different ends of the spectrum. The Walkmen appeared to have been stripped down to the bone, whereas, Hot Chip's beats seemed amplified by the live performance.
