Kanye West has unveiled "To The World" to the world, the first track off the forthcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation Cruel Summer (Sep. 18). It's a sprawling scene-setter which finds R. Kelly doing all the heavy lifting (Ye is nowhere to be found for the first two minutes).
