masonic is an independent pop band out of austin, texas, and their new lp, things i am guilty of , will be released towards the end of the month. the album's full of catchy tunes based around an electric guitar and keyboard and lead eryn gettys' faintly breathy, lower-register vocals, which well compliment the instrumental arrangements. the clubhouse leader for standout song on guilty , so far, for anyone's guess at least, is a cover of the 1961 del shannon song " runaway ," though there are any number of instantly listenable songs up & [...]
