We here at BBC have been hooked on Flashmen since they first teased us with their 2 original tracks "Flashmen Theme" and "Little Wildkat." Beautiful nu-wave disco sounds that get stuck in your head no matter how many times you listen to it. We were even more pleased to watch them play their 2nd live show at Saturday's BEMF. Flashmen just gave record labels the finger and single-handedly released a single of their newest track Little Wildkat online. Bradley D , a DJ from Brooklyn, joins up with Daniel E, a singer/songwriter from Chicago, to produce a groovy disco ballad that belongs on lasery dancefloors. Little Wildkat, being built around the classic 80's synth sounds, really bring the retro-futuristic sound to a maximum. But a good song never travles alone.
