Last night, the people behind the i.e. creative movement held one of their series of shop classes focusing on creativity in Richmond. This class featured musician and composer Samson Trinh , who you may remember as the brains behind the Abbey Road Project featuring the Upper East Side Big Band. MUSIC NEWS - Lyle Lovett was in Austin yesterday where he was named the official Texas State Musician for 2011. The Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter received a proclamation at the State Capitol where resolution HCR165 was adopted in the House and Senate chambers.
