French label InFiné have got in touch to show off their next release, the first proper EP from Spitzer , two brothers from Lyon who make sweet, intricate electronic music. Track three of the 'Roller Coaster' EP is 'Too Hard To Breath' and features vocals from KiD A . Yvynyl had posted about these guys last week some time, and I instantly took to them. They have a really honest sound, and honest lyrics, matched with their ground-stomping percussion makes for an oddly moving listening experience. Last Tuesday we caught an open Absinthe bar at Glasslands for goth night (AKA Pendu Presents TUESDAY NITE DISCO @ Glasslands aka "Horror Scores for the Dancefloor" ). The first band was Other Crimes who's only crime was not playing more often so I would have more chances to see them. Their drummer is rad. The headlining band, Religious To Damn, was very good.
