Ormai ci abbiamo preso gusto, vedere tutte queste classifiche che profumano finalmente di oggettività fa molto piacere. Questa volta andiamo a parlare di un genere che trova molto più facilmente posto nelle classifiche di vendita rispetto a quelle "di qualità": il Pop. Questa classifica mostra chiaramente che si può fare pop di ottima fattura senza per forza cadere nelle banalità della musica preconfezionata. Per ampliare la ricerca ho incluso anche gli album etichettati come "contemporary r&b", ho escluso il "soul" e i cantautori che probabilmente tratteremo con classifiche a parte.
