The XX have officially become a trio since the departure of their keyboardist/guitarist, Baria Qureshi (pictured second from the left). The band cancelled a number of gigs recently due to Baria's illness and exhaustion. Baria has now decided to leave the band for good and there are no current plans to replace her. Oliver Sims says "It's just been a case of, I suppose growing apart. It's a big jump from 13-years-old to 20. Following his Crystal Castles remix, this is one for lovers of a big bass bottom end (ooer missus). No doubt the hipsters are already getting tired of Ladyhawke but this remix has enough rough dub/rave bass to keep it fresh.
