Jay-Z's latest musical empire, the Live Nation-fronted Roc Nation, has announced its most recent signing: British pop-rockers the Ting Tings, who are hard at work on their sophomore album. Jigga reportedly has plans to work with the group on the album, which would be at least the second time Jay has linked up with a corny British band (Coldplay being the other confirmed incident).
